Our project management team work in consultation with our Client, our Construction and Electrical Managers, Health and Safety, Trade Supervisors and Site Supervisor to ensure all elements within the scope of work have been considered from design to pre-construction, procurement, construction, post-construction testing and commissioning and handover. We ensure all risk is identified and controls are implemented to ensure the health and wellbeing of all personnel working on the project, any risk or impact to the environment, property, plant and business continuity is identified, controlled and managed.
